Job summary

Wolt in Copenhagen is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Associate to set up restaurant and retail partners for success by creating high-quality menus and assortments. You’ll ensure every partner’s offering meets our standards and delivers the best possible launch experience on the platform.

In this role you’ll work with internal and external systems, stay in dialogue with partners, and help with onboarding tasks such as gear kitting and photo uploads, while sharing best practices to raise the bar

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Tech-savviness and quick learning of new tools.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create menus and assortments for restaurant and retail partners.
• Ensure partner offerings meet Wolt's standards for launches.
• Work across internal and external systems, including AI tools.
• Assist onboarding tasks (gear kitting, photo uploads).
• Share best practices among the team and raise the bar.
