Job summary

Wolt, Copenhagen-based, is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Associate to set up restaurant and retail partners for success by crafting high-quality menus and assortments. You will ensure offerings meet Wolt's standards and provide partners with the best possible launch experience on our platform.

You will engage with partners to align offerings, navigate internal and external systems (including AI tools), and support onboarding tasks to drive efficient, scalable growth in a fast-moving global team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish and English required.
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a structured, service-oriented mindset.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and drive to improve processes.

We're now looking for a Merchant Onboarding Associate to join our team. The role is located in our brand-new office in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen.

What you’ll be doing

As a Merchant Onboarding Associate, you'll play a key role in setting our restaurant and retail partners up for success by creating high-quality menus and assortments. You'll be responsible for ensuring that every partner's offering meets Wolt's standards, giving them the best possible launch experience on our platform.

Day to day in this role, you'll:

• Create menus and assortments for our restaurant and retail partners
• Stay in dialogue with partners to ensure alignment on their offering on Wolt
• Work across internal and external systems (for instance, using AI tools to support your work)
• Assist the team with anything onboarding-related (gear kitting, photo uploads, etc.)
• Share best practices among the team and challenge the status quo
