Job summary

Wolt in Copenhagen is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to manage the full sales funnel from first contact to closing deals and handing over to onboarding. You will primarily work over the phone, contacting restaurants and retail stores across Denmark, with training and coaching to grow your skills.

Our humble expectations include selling in a B2B environment, a hands-on proactive approach, fluent English and native Danish, plus 2+ years in partner operations or customer support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in partner operations or customer support, owning end-to-end workflows with on-time delivery.
• Proven track record of making sales and closing deals in B2B environments.
• Fluent English and native Danish, with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales funnel from first contact through to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to onboarding.
• Primarily work on the phone, contacting restaurants and retail stores across Denmark.
• Receive training and coaching to grow your skills.
• Support the sales team in improving methodologies and processes.
