Job summary

Wolt, Copenhagen-based, is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Associate to set up restaurant and retail partners for success by crafting high-quality menus and assortments. You will ensure offerings meet Wolt's standards and provide partners with the best possible launch experience on our platform.

You will engage with partners to align offerings, navigate internal and external systems (including AI tools), and support onboarding tasks to drive efficient, scalable growth in a fast-moving global team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish and English required.
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a structured, service-oriented mindset.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and drive to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Create menus and assortments for restaurant and retail partners.
• Stay in dialogue with partners to align on their offering on Wolt.
• Work across internal and external systems, including AI tools to support your work.
• Assist the onboarding team with gear kiting, photo uploads, and related tasks.
• Share best practices and continuously challenge the status quo.
