Reporting to the Global Head of Paid Media Performance Analytics, you do not need a paid media background. Instead, we're looking for someone with strong data and analytics expertise who enjoys solving complex data challenges, building robust data pipelines, and translating data into meaningful business insights. Come and join one of the most loved brands in the world in a brand-new department where you can have maximum impact.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

No relocation support offered.

Core Responsibilities
  • Build scalable data solutions – Design, develop and maintain robust data pipelines, analytical datasets and scalable data products that support global marketing measurement and business decision-making.
  • Develop advanced analytics – Apply statistical methods, analytical techniques and experimentation to uncover insights and improve how marketing performance is measured.
  • Create trusted data foundations – Partner with engineering and digital enablement teams to ensure high-quality, reliable and well-governed data that supports analytics across the organisation.
  • Bridge data and business – Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and collaborate with business stakeholders to define analytical requirements and solve commercial challenges.
  • Enable better decision-making – Develop reusable analytical frameworks, automation and reporting capabilities that improve efficiency and help teams make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate across functions – Work closely with analytics, technology, reporting and marketing teams to continuously improve data capabilities and deliver impactful solutions.

Play your part in our team succeeding!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building modern data solutions and solving complex analytical problems. You'll help establish the data infrastructure and analytical capabilities that enable better marketing measurement and commercial decision-making across the LEGO Group.

While the team supports marketing performance, your focus will be on building the data capabilities that make advanced analytics possible.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience as a Data Expert, Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and transforming complex datasets into reliable analytical products.

  • Experience working with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Spark, Git, and cloud-based data environments.
  • Experience developing analytical models, automation and data workflows that improve business decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, data quality and data governance principles.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
