As our Programmatic Media Associate, you'll support the LEGO Group's Western Europe media team in delivering effective programmatic campaigns that balance brand building and business impact. You'll help execute media strategies, support campaign delivery, work across internal and external partnerships, and contribute to the growth of digital in-housing capabilities. It's a chance to build a programmatic function, learn from experienced specialists, and help future-proof media activity in a changing digital landscape.
If you've worked in a role where you've managed campaigns through programmatic platforms and helped coordinate digital media activity, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to apply practical media knowledge, build trusted relationships, and contribute to a strong campaign ecosystem.
You’ll join the Global Media Activation team, a group focused on delivering data-driven digital media experiences for millions of fans and customers. The team works closely together in a hybrid rhythm and values collaboration, learning, and curiosity. You'll partner with colleagues across media planning and paid social media while developing your strategic thinking, stakeholder management skills, and understanding of ethical marketing practices. We're building new capabilities, testing new ideas, and supporting one another as we grow.
Success means becoming a trusted contributor to the programmatic media function, helping deliver well-executed campaigns and strong partnerships across the region. Over time, you'll build confidence in new technologies, support innovative campaign approaches, and play a meaningful role in embedding new ways of working. You'll work closely with the wider Global Media Activation team, including media planning and paid social media colleagues, as the team continues to expand its capabilities over time.
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
