Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions, part of the Fluor Group, is looking for an Electrical Package Manager to join a major Data Centre project in Denmark. You will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and vendors to deliver electrical packages on time, safely and within budget.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll drive planning, procurement, testing and handover, with exposure to programme management and client engagement, in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project delivery.
• Experience on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or Mission Critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
• Knowledge of commissioning, testing and handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Review package scope, specifications and construction drawings.
• Lead planning, coordination and development of package execution plans.
• Coordinate procurement schedules and construction programmes.
• Monitor package progress and manage risks to delivery.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment for productivity.
• Attend project progress meetings and liaise with stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly package reports.
• Support tests, commissioning and handover activities.
