Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer for a project in Næstved, Denmark. You will design automated assembly and packaging machinery using SOLIDWORKS and PDM, and contribute to 3D/2D drawings for production.

You will be based at the client site in Næstved, Denmark, working with the project team on 3D/2D design, with on-site presence five days a week and flexibility where possible.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience with SOLIDWORKS and PDM.
• Background in automated equipment, packaging, or assembly machinery.
• Minimum of approximately 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have a consulting assignment available for a Mechanical Engineer, to work on a project we have in Næstved, Sjælland, Denmark.

We are looking to support one of our project teams with a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, for a project we are supporting a client with in the satellite communications industry.

Overview

We are looking for a mechanical design engineer with strong SOLIDWORKS experience and a background in automated equipment, packaging, or assembly machinery. You will be working on the design and development of automated assembly and packaging lines for pen injectors and auto-injectors.

You will be based at the client's site in Næstved, Denmark, working as part of an established project team on 3D and 2D design and drafting. The expectation is for 5 days on-site a week, however, some flexibility can be arranged.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D and 2D designs and drawings for automated assembly and packaging machinery.
• Work on both concept development and detailed design of machine components.
• Ensure designs meet functional requirements including dynamics and mechanics.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
• Follow the client's internal PDM structure and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience with SOLIDWORKS and PDM systems.
• Strong background in automated equipment, packaging, or assembly machinery.
• Understanding of general mechanical engineering principles.
• Minimum of approximately 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

You would be able to operate as an independent consultant or employed consultant for this assignment, which I can support with. You will also be required to go on-site.
