Job summary

Pas Normal Studios in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking a Materials Manager to own the materials function across development and production. You will lead sourcing and development of fabrics, trims, and components from concept through final approval, ensuring performance, aesthetic, durability and sustainability standards are met.

You will manage material data in PLM, guide design and development selection, and coordinate with suppliers to hit target costs without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in materials development within technical apparel or performance outerwear.
• Deep knowledge of performance textiles and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with PLM tools and design software; strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own materials development lifecycle from concept to approval.
• Lead sourcing of fabrics, trims, prints and components for new collections.
• Maintain accurate material data in PLM including specs and lab results.
• Ensure material quality and align with sustainability and cost targets.
• Collaborate across Design, Production and Quality teams.
