Job summary

BESTSELLER is seeking a Fabric Lead to strengthen how we work with fabrics across the organisation. You will develop fabric standards, collaborate with brands and suppliers, and turn insights into concrete sourcing improvements.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, manage supplier relationships, and align fabric decisions with commercial goals while traveling internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with fabrics including sourcing and development.
• Ability to translate fabric insights into commercial decisions.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
