YOUR TEAM

Global Supply Chain is a key strategic function at BESTSELLER, connecting our brands with a global network of sourcing offices, suppliers and business partners. In this role, you will report to our Global Supply Chain Director and work closely with our brands and Fabric teams across countries, bringing knowledge together and supporting a more aligned approach to fabrics across BESTSELLER. You will also collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across China, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Türkiye, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Denmark and Hong Kong. Trust, ownership and collaboration define how we work, and international coordination is an integral part of everyday business.

YOUR JOB

Your focus will be to strengthen how BESTSELLER works with fabrics across the organisation. You will work closely with our brands, sourcing offices, mills and suppliers to develop fabric standards, strengthen our supplier setup and identify new sourcing opportunities. As Fabric Lead, you will use market intelligence and your knowledge of fabrics, suppliers and cost drivers to create greater transparency and turn opportunities into concrete improvements in how we source and develop fabrics. A key part of the role will be working closely with our brands to understand their product needs and ensure that relevant fabric opportunities and solutions are brought into the business.

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop BESTSELLER's overall approach to fabrics , including common standards, principles and fabric strategies
  • Drive fabric-related opportunities that improve competitiveness, cost transparency, product innovation and supplier partnerships across BESTSELLER
  • Build strategic relationships with our brands, mills and suppliers, strengthen our supplier landscape and identify new sourcing opportunities
  • Bring specialist fabric expertise into key sourcing projects through cross-functional collaboration, supplier dialogue and commercial negotiations
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

This is a newly created role with the opportunity to influence BESTSELLER's future fabric agenda and help build the role as it develops. You can also look forward to:

You understand both the technical and commercial side of fabrics and how material choices influence the final product.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has extensive experience with fabrics, including strategic fabric sourcing, material development and supplier collaboration
  • Understands how fabric choices influence quality, performance, cost and commercial decisions
  • Builds strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
  • Has solid analytical and negotiation skills
  • Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
Travel
