Job summary

Green SM (Xanh SM) seeks a Marketplace Supply & Demand Analyst in Denmark to balance driver and vehicle availability with customer demand, improve pricing strategies, and analyse marketplace performance. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to turn data into actionable insights and drive revenue and efficiency in ride-hailing operations in Denmark.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Marketplace Operations, or related fields.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau, including dashboards and reporting.
• Good understanding of pricing analysis, supply and demand, and business performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, practical recommendations.
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Danish and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketplace performance and analyze supply and demand trends.
• Identify gaps between driver availability and customer demand and propose improvements.
• Analyse pricing strategies, customer behaviour, and promotional campaigns to boost revenue.
• Track driver/vehicle utilisation, fulfilment rates, margins and other KPIs.
• Analyse customer acquisition, retention, CLTV, and promo effectiveness.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor operational and financial KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketplace efficiency and growth.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to support data-driven decisions.

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded Marketplace Supply & Demand Analyst to join our growing team in Denmark.

The role will focus on balancing driver and vehicle availability with customer demand, improving pricing strategies, analysing marketplace performance, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with our Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to turn data into practical business insights and help improve the performance of our ride-hailing operations in Denmark.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor marketplace performance and analyse supply and demand trends.
• Identify gaps between driver availability and customer demand and recommend improvements.
• Analyse pricing strategies, customer behaviour, and promotional campaigns to improve revenue and profitability.
• Track driver and vehicle utilisation, fulfilment rates, margins, and other key business metrics.
• Analyse customer acquisition, retention, Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), and promotional effectiveness.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor operational and financial KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketplace efficiency, performance, and business growth.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketplace Operations, Commercial Analytics, or similar.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI or Tableau, including dashboard creation and reporting.
• Good understanding of pricing analysis, supply and demand, and business performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, practical recommendations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
• Danish and English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mobility, transportation, logistics, or marketplace businesses.
• Previous experience within ride-hailing, fleet operations, or electric mobility.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and forecasting.
• Experience analysing customer behaviour, pricing strategies, and commercial performance in a fast‑growing business.
