The SAP S/4HANA implementation represents a significant evolution in how Pandora operates globally. The Change Manager will lead efforts to align people and processes, fostering adoption of this transformative technology while minimising disruption. This role combines strategy, communication, and leadership to embed meaningful change across Pandora’s global organisation.
You’ll be a critical part of the program team, ensuring our people are equipped to embrace this transition, and helping Pandora unlock new efficiencies, insights, and opportunities.
You’ll be joining a dynamic and collaborative team of Change Managers who are dedicated to supporting Pandora’s SAP S/4HANA implementation. Together, we are driving one of the most transformative programs in Pandora’s history, ensuring our global workforce is ready to embrace this new system.
