Are you ready to bring structure and momentum to Pandora's most complex, cross cutting initiatives? Look no further!

About the Team

Our Programs & Projects Centre of Excellence (CoE) sits within Delivery Excellence in Digital and Technology. The team is made up of project and program management professionals who lead programs, projects and initiatives across different domains.

As our portfolio of cross cutting projects continues to grow, we are looking for a second Senior Manager to support our Programs & Projects CoE. This role will share leadership of the CoE alongside an existing Senior Manager, splitting and scaling the team's people leadership and delivery capacity as the portfolio grows.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead a team of project management professionals who work on cross domain projects and initiatives in Digital and Technology. You will make sure they are set up for success, well matched to the initiatives they support, and developing in their craft.

Beyond people leadership, you will also personally lead one or more cross cutting projects across Digital and Technology, staying close to the day-to-day realities your team faces and bringing hands‑on credibility to the CoE.

A distinct part of this role is owning how we bring in and manage external project management capacity for this type of project. You will support recruiting, onboarding and steering external project managers, making sure they ramp up quickly, work to the same standards as our internal team, and deliver the value we are paying for.

We would like to hear from you if you are a strong project and program leader with a track record of delivering complex, cross functional initiatives, and who also enjoys developing people and building a high performing team.

Your Role as Senior Manager, Programs & Projects CoE

Share leadership of the Programs & Projects CoE alongside the other Senior Manager, helping scale the team and its ways of working as the portfolio of cross cutting initiatives grows.

Manage, coach and mentor your team of project management professionals (4-6 direct reports), conducting regular one‑on‑ones, leading performance reviews, and creating tailored development plans.

Lead the assignment of project management professionals to projects and initiatives across Digital and Technology, matching skills and experience to the complexity and domain of each initiative.

Personally lead one or more cross cutting projects or programs across Digital and Technology, bringing structure, pace and stakeholder alignment to complex, multi domain efforts.

Support recruiting, onboarding and steering of external project managers and contractors, making sure they are quickly productive, understand our ways of working, and are held to the same delivery standards as internal team members.

Track the performance and value delivered by external project management resources, and act as an escalation point when expectations are not being met.

Identify where AI can support our project management professionals and colleagues and lead roll‑out of new AI related processes.

Act as a bridge between the Programs & Projects CoE and other parts of Delivery Excellence to keep program and project practices aligned with our broader delivery processes.

Champion consistent program and project management practices, templates and reporting across the initiatives your team supports.

Foster an inclusive, empowering team environment, and work closely with other team leads to promote knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across Delivery Excellence.

What Is Needed to Succeed

Strong experience, 7 or more years, in project and program management, ideally including complex, cross functional or cross domain initiatives.

Proven experience managing or leading a team of project management professionals, with strong coaching and people leadership skills.

Track record of personally leading complex projects or programs, comfortable being hands‑on as well as leading through others.

Experience managing external resources or vendors, including recruiting, onboarding and holding contractors to delivery standards.

Good knowledge of program and project management methodologies and tools, and comfortable operating in a hybrid landscape that includes agile product teams as well as traditional programs and projects.

Certification in program or project management, for example MSP, PMP or PRINCE2, is a plus.

Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and align senior stakeholders, including Directors and VPs, without formal authority over them.

Able to manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives and resourcing constraints.

A genuine interest in continuous improvement and building strong, sustainable project management practice.

Good understanding of, and interest in, technology and the range of disciplines involved in technology delivery.

Icing on the Cake

You will be working out of our beautiful Digital & Technology Hub in Copenhagen, a rapidly growing environment of highly skilled and experienced colleagues. This is a key initiative that goes along with Pandora's experience and ambitions.

You will also be able to take part in creating an eco friendly environment, one that we are not only talking about, but implementing. The result is a professional and dynamic environment that is unique, enjoyable and inspirational, and delivers a true Pandora experience to anyone who works here.
