1 Hotels Group is seeking a Front Office Manager for our Copenhagen property. You will lead the front-of-house team, set service standards, and train staff to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Experience with hotel management systems and opening operations is a bonus, with a focus on collaboration with F&B and Housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction. We value problem-solving, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing day-to-day operations of Front Office in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong leadership to supervise Front Office Agents, Concierge, Bell, and Guest Relations.
• Excellent communication skills with guests, management, and colleagues.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
• Experience with TimeGrip and hotel collective agreements is a plus.
• Experience writing performance reviews and coaching team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead the front-of-house team alongside the Director to ensure smooth operations.
• Set service standards and train staff to meet goals.
• Oversee guest arrivals/departures for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with F&B and Housekeeping to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Manage labor, payroll, and department meetings with strong organizational skills.
• Address guest feedback with timely, professional responses.
