Job summary

AC Hotel Bella Sky in Copenhagen is seeking a dynamic Front Office Duty Manager to lead daily Front Office operations and guest experiences.

You will oversee arrivals and departures, support the Front Desk team, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service. The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a passion for hospitality in a busy 4-5 star setting. Experience with upselling and loyalty programs is preferred; weekend shifts and on-call coverage may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar Front Office leadership role in 4–5 star hotels.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality and service.
• Experience with Opera PMS or a similar property management system.

Responsibilities

• Take shifts in Front Office, oversee operations, and uphold quality standards.
• Provide outstanding guest service by anticipating needs and facilitating conversations.
• Assist with reservations, upsell services, and promote Marriott Bonvoy Rewards.
• Ensure cross-department communication for smooth daily operations.
• Manage cash procedures, payments, and currency exchanges.
• Train and mentor team members while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
• Support management with new initiatives and adhere to safety and brand standards.
• Act as Property Manager on Duty when required.
