Job summary

Ørsted Asia Pacific is seeking a logistics-focused professional to support Shipping & Logistics for Bioenergy. You will manage SAP-based purchase orders, handle fast-track payments, and contribute to optimization of processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Danish and English.

The role emphasizes Excel-based analysis, commercial mindset, and the ability to read contracts to ensure operations align with terms.

Qualifications

In-depth SAP knowledge for order processing and payments.
Strong Excel skills to support analysis and reporting.
Experience with creating and managing purchase orders and related documents.
Understanding of shipping and logistics processes to support plant feedstock logistics.

Responsibilities

Provide input to improve efficiency and develop internal/external PowerPoint presentations.
Support Bioenergy department's growth and commercial/operational activities.
Act as SAP expert for processes and functionalities relevant to orders and payments.
Independently create and maintain purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
Perform post-fixture activities, including laytime calculations and tonnage reporting.
Collaborate with shipowners, operators, brokers, surveyors, hauliers and internal teams in Danish and English.
