Job summary

Ørsted Bioenergy – Shipping & Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented SAP expert to ensure accurate purchase orders, timely payments, and cost-efficient operations across Denmark’s biomass supply chain.

You will handle laytime calculations, port turnaround figures, and tonnage reporting while collaborating with shipowners, operators, and brokers in Danish and English. A strong Excel background and commercial mindset are essential for driving efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• In-depth SAP knowledge and ability to manage purchase orders and fast-track payments.
• Strong Excel skills used for reporting, analysis and cost control.
• Ability to read and understand contracts to ensure compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to improve efficiency and develop internal/external presentations.
• Support growth of Bioenergy and assist department's commercial activities.
• Act as SAP expert, knowledgeable in relevant SAP processes and functions.
• Independently create and maintain purchase orders and ensure timely administration.
• Perform post-fixture tasks including laytime calculations and port turnaround figures.
• Collaborate with shipowners, operators, brokers, and other partners in Danish and English.
