Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a commercial lead for service opportunities to drive the growth of our lifecycle service business across EMEA. You will connect customers to service solutions, maximize uptime, performance and reliability, and foster long-term value through service agreements and lifecycle spare parts programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in service sales or aftermarket sales.
• Strong understanding of industrial service offerings.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Develop lifecycle service solutions that help customers improve uptime, efficiency, and asset performance.
• Drive growth of service contracts, lifecycle spare parts programs, and extended service offerings across the installed base.
• Identify service opportunities and convert installed-base potential into long-term customer value and recurring revenue.
• Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and service partners to expand service penetration and customer adoption.
• Collaborate with Service Operations and partner teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
