Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Denmark (Ballerup) is seeking a Customer Service Professional within the Electrification & Automation unit to advise customers and support growth. You will prepare technical and commercial proposals, monitor scope, schedule, costs and risks to ensure successful delivery to our customers.

You will also plan and coordinate service orders with engineering teams, suppliers and field resources, ensuring compliance with contracts, Siemens processes, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education with relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, technical sales support, or field service operations.
• Experience with Medium Voltage power distribution systems; knowledge of protection and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute service offers, quotations, and orders for MV and LV systems.
• Plan and coordinate service orders and small projects with customers, engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and field resources.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, Siemens processes, quality standards, and EHS requirements.
• Manage non-conformities (NCRs) and customer complaints with timely corrective actions and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, service reports, and status updates, supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor project performance, forecasts, and profitability in collaboration with finance.
• Identify opportunities for service growth, upgrades, and modernization within the installed base.
