Job summary

Hydro Extrusion Denmark A/S is seeking an experienced professional to drive standardization and operational excellence across its European fabrication network. You will work with plants and technical teams to elevate safety, efficiency and reliability while leading cross-site improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong Lean/Six Sigma experience, a mechanical engineering background, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in fabrication of structural components.
Experience with aluminium extrusion manufacturing is a strong advantage.
Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen or Operational Excellence.
Proven experience improving manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, uptime or utilization.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain fabrication standards across Hydro’s European operations with focus on safety, efficiency and reliability.
Monitor and improve manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, uptime, asset utilization, productivity, scrap and quality.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional improvement projects across multiple sites.
Identify and share best practices and harmonize fabrication processes across the European network.
Collaborate with plant leadership and technical stakeholders to provide expertise and support.
Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement to strengthen capabilities across sites.
