Job summary

Dansk Salt A/S, based at Mariager, seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive the site’s transformation. You will lead the Operational Excellence program, coach leaders in Lean and Six Sigma, and accelerate digital initiatives across functions.

You will collaborate with site leadership to prioritize opportunities, deliver measurable results, and foster a culture of learning, ownership and innovation. Danish and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Technical, engineering or process-related educational background.
• Experience driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and change management methodologies.
• Experience leading improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong digital capabilities and interest in data analytics, automation and emerging technologies.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement agenda.
• Partner with the Site Leadership Team to identify and prioritize strategic improvement opportunities.
• Coach leaders and employees in Lean, Six Sigma, problem solving and change management methodologies.
• Drive cross-functional improvement projects that improve safety, quality, reliability, cost and productivity.
• Accelerate digitalization by developing dashboards, performance management systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Explore and promote the use of AI and new technologies to improve site performance and create competitive advantage.
• Build a strong continuous improvement culture where ownership, learning and innovation thrive.
• Connect with improvement professionals across Nobian to leverage best practices and strengthen capabilities across the organization
