Job summary

Demant A/S Smørum is seeking a Senior SAFe System Architect to shape the architectural direction for the Device Hardware ART delivering hearing aids, chargers, and accessories. You will lead architectural decisions, guide engineers, and collaborate with Product Management, RTEs and Enterprise Architects to align business strategy with technology roadmaps in a scalable hardware environment.

You will influence strategic priorities, invest in architectural enablers, and mentor agile teams in SAFe

Qualifications

Hold a degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline.
Experience as an Architect, Lead Engineer, or similar senior technical leadership role.
Experience within the electro-acoustic domain.
Broad technical knowledge across hardware disciplines and end-to-end system understanding.
Experience in Agile product development and preferably SAFe organizations.
Ability to translate business strategy into technical direction and architectural decisions.
Thrive when guiding technical specialists and aligning senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Establish and evolve the ART architectural direction.
Lead SAFe System Architect for the ART and be a core member of the ART Leadership Team.
Support PI Planning, architectural runway development, solution exploration, and prioritization of enablers.
Align ART architecture with Device Hardware strategy and enterprise architecture.
Coach teams on architecture, systems thinking, and SAFe principles.
Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and opportunities for innovation.
