You will define the technical direction across development to release, align tools and processes, and ensure platform health and release readiness while exploring AI-enhanced workflows.

Qualifications

• A technical leader who sees the bigger picture and aligns teams toward a shared goal.
• Experience in embedded/firmware or DevOps, platform engineering or CI/CD.
• Values developer experience with clear health, performance and release readiness signals.
• Comfortable working in SAFe across multiple teams; System Architect experience is a plus.
• Lead through trust, listen well and bring people together without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction and keep it consistent across the whole platform, from development to release.
• Bring the pieces together, so our tools, pipeline and releases work as one experience rather than separate parts.
• Keep a clear, live picture of platform health and performance — including release readiness at all times — and use it to make releases quicker, more predictable and easier.
• Help the teams get good, practical use out of AI in their everyday work.
• Raise our engineering standards and clear the blockers and dependencies that slow people down.
• Work closely with the Product Owners so we are all pulling towards the same priorities.
