Job summary

Oticon, part of the Demant Group, is recruiting a Senior Electro Acoustic Engineer to join the Hardware development team in R&D. You will contribute to innovative electro-acoustic development and help spearhead future hearing instrument product development.

You will work in an agile team, focusing on design, verification, and platform development for high-quality hearing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional experts in vibro-acoustics and transducer design to deliver advanced

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in engineering with electro acoustics focus.
• Several years of experience as an electro acoustic developer.
• Strong qualifications in sound quality, acoustic measurements, vibro-acoustics, and sound path design.
• Experience with electro acoustic or magnetic designs of hearing instruments or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acoustic system design and development.
• Platform calibration/settings.
• Design specifications.
• Selection of components i.e. transducers – microphones, receivers/speakers.
• Testing, verifying and documenting electro-acoustical performance of HW platforms.
• Effort estimation and planning done in an agile framework.
