Semco Maritime in Denmark is seeking an experienced OT Security Architect to lead security efforts on large-scale EPC substation projects within the Renewables division. You will take the architectural lead and coordinate a six‑person OT Security Team, with offices in Esbjerg or Copenhagen.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27001 and NIS, plus auditing and compliance capabilities. Travel will be 10–30 days per year as projects span onshore and offshore environments.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of OT security experience.
• Tech Lead mentality and ability to drive large projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English and experience in complex engineering projects.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to OT/Cyber security architecture based on IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIS.
• Define products and standards for OT security and infrastructure.
• Lead audits and compliance activities (ISO 27001, regulatory frameworks).
• Review requirements and input to tender packages.
• Coordinate FAT/SAT/SIT activities and ensure system delivery.
