Job summary

Semco Maritime is seeking an experienced OT Security Architect to lead security architecture across large EPC substation projects in the Renewables division. The role is based in Denmark with offices in Esbjerg or Copenhagen, and involves travel to deliver secure OT solutions.

You will take ownership of OT security deliverables, drive architecture decisions, and coordinate across infrastructure, IAM, and logging activities with stakeholders. English fluency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of OT Security experience in a similar role.
Tech Lead mentality and ability to manage large, structured projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with audits and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, IEC 62443) and industry standards.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Ability to coordinate FAT, SAT, and SIT activities and ensure delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design of OT security across EPC substation projects.
Define products and standards for OT security infrastructure.
Review requirements and assist in tender packages with technical input.
Collaborate with infrastructure, IAM, and logging/event activities.
Ensure compliance with Critical Infrastructure regulations and IEC 62443.
Coordinate project deliverables and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders.
