Job summary

Semco Maritime in Denmark is seeking an experienced OT Security Architect to lead architectural efforts in the Renewables division, supporting large EPC substation projects. The role is based in one of Esbjerg, Aarhus or Copenhagen, with 10–30 travel days per year.

You will shape OT security architecture, collaborate across teams, and drive delivery of secure, compliant solutions while building a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of OT security experience.
• Tech Lead mentality and ability to lead large projects.
• Experience in complex engineering projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Take architectural lead of OT security across EPC substation projects.
• Contribute to industry best practices and required security architecture.
• Define products and standards for OT security and infrastructure.
• Support audits and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
• Plan and coordinate FAT, SAT, SIT activities for system delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
