Job summary

Semco Maritime seeks an experienced OT Security Architect for its Renewables division. You will lead OT security across EPC substation projects, ensuring robust cyber/OT solutions and coordinating FAT/SAT/SIT activities to deliver secure, reliable systems.

You will work from one of our offices in Esbjerg, Aarhus or Copenhagen, with 10–30 travel days per year, and collaborate in a team focused on quality and structured delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of OT security experience in a similar role.
• Tech Lead mentality with ability to drive large, structured projects.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Experience in complex engineering projects and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT security architecture for EPC substation projects.
• Define and implement security requirements based on IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIS.
• Coordinate FAT/SAT/SIT activities and ensure seamless system integration.
• Review requirements and tenders, contributing technical input and clarifications.
• Advise on infrastructure, identity access management, and logging activities.
