Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer to join the Construction Management team for offshore wind projects. You will independently lead defined scopes from concept to offshore execution, ensuring safety, technical quality and timely delivery.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will manage budgets, schedules and contract performance, coordinating with various stakeholders across Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. Regular travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of offshore construction experience.
• Excellence in coordinating complex technical scopes from engineering through offshore execution.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Construction Management work scopes for offshore wind projects.
• Develop technical specs, scopes of work and evaluation criteria for procurement.
• Manage contractors through engineering, mobilisation and offshore execution phases.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, marine regulations and permits.
• Coordinate interfaces between contractors, site management, marine coordination and O&M.
• Capture and implement lessons learned across projects.
