Job summary

Vattenfall seeks a Senior Development Manager Transport & Installation Engineering to shape and lead the T&I concepts for offshore wind projects in development. You will drive budgets, set up development packages, and coordinate with Technical Project Managers to ensure cost-effective solutions.

You will guide interfaces across the Transportation & Installation Engineering department, collaborate with suppliers, and support installation engineers through execution and decommissioning with strong

Qualifications

Engineering degree and extensive offshore Transport & Installation experience.
Minimum 10 years in regulated industries (offshore, renewables, oil & gas).
Experience with TSOs or similar and installation contractors is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead Transport & Installation concepts across all installation packages and budgets.
Drive development and maintenance of block development for future potentials; automate where possible.
Collaborate with suppliers to advance methodologies and ensure cost-efficient project execution.
Support Installation Engineers during execution, O&M or decommissioning with expertise.
