Job summary

Vattenfall seeks an experienced Foundation Installation Engineer to deliver offshore turbine foundation installations within the Wind, Offshore, Project Delivery & Engineering area. You will support the Installation Manager and take ownership of engineering tasks across projects, focusing on risk mitigation and safe execution.

The role emphasizes HSE leadership, collaboration across borders, and ongoing development in offshore installation methodologies and project management.

Qualifications

• Degree in an engineering discipline relevant to offshore wind.
• Minimum 3 years in offshore foundation installation project engineering.
• Strong knowledge of installation equipment and systems.
• Good stakeholder management and intercultural collaboration.
• Fluent in English and able to work across borders.

Responsibilities

• Provide offshore foundation installation engineering expertise for wind projects.
• Support Installation Manager for package delivery across the Offshore BU.
• Handle project-specific engineering tasks to mitigate risks.
• Lead HSE aspects in design and specification of installation methods.
• Contribute to team growth by owning development work packages.
• Develop competencies in project management and offshore methods.
