Job summary

BWSC – Ever better energy! is seeking a Head of Proposal & Sales Support for Service Projects to lead the proposal development and sales support for complex service projects.

You will coordinate with Service Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering to balance resources and deliver competitive proposals aligned with customer needs. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will manage a team of 10 and drive end-to-end proposal delivery with a focus on quality and on-time submission, while

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 5 years in proposal management, with engineering or related industry context.
• Proven track record of successful service project proposals.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
