Job summary

BWSC is seeking an Experience Resource Planner to optimize global service workforce across field service engines and boiler operations. You will forecast capacity, align staffing with project demand, and work with project managers and leaders to ensure the right competencies are available to deliver on key initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in resource planning, workforce planning, or capacity management.
• Experience in project-driven industries (construction, industrial services, maintenance, turnarounds).
• Strong analytical skills in forecasting, data analysis, productivity metrics and cost forecasting.
• Experience with international mobility, visa processes, and rotational schedules.
• Solid understanding of labor law and working time regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Driving workforce and resource planning by developing short- and long-term staffing plans aligned with project demand.
• Forecasting future resource needs and identifying capacity gaps, surpluses and risks.
• Optimizing resource utilization through allocation planning and bottleneck analysis.
• Supporting business planning with budgets, headcount forecasting and reporting.
• Partnering with project and department managers to ensure competencies for current and future projects.
• Ensuring compliance and workforce readiness with EU Working Time regulations and mobility requirements.
• Supporting strategic workforce development by identifying future needs and feeding recruitment planning.
