Job summary

BWSC is seeking an experienced Resource Planner to secure optimal workforce utilization across its global service operations. The role reports to the Head of Engineering and collaborates with project managers and senior leadership to ensure the right competencies are available for current and future projects.

Initially, focus will be on Field Service Engine and Boiler operations, driving short- and long-term staffing plans, forecasting needs, and optimizing utilization while aligning with EU

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, operations, supply chain or business, or proven equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years in resource planning or capacity management.
• Experience in project-driven industries (construction, industrial services, maintenance, turnarounds).
• Strong analytical skills in forecasting, data analysis, and cost forecasting.
• Experience with international workforce planning, mobility, visas, and rotations.
• Solid understanding of labor law and working time regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive workforce and resource planning with short- and long-term staffing plans.
• Forecast future resource needs and identify capacity gaps across the project portfolio.
• Optimize resource utilization through allocation planning and bottleneck analysis.
• Support business planning with budget and headcount forecasting.
• Partner with project and department managers to ensure competencies for current and future projects.
• Ensure compliance and workforce readiness with EU Working Time regulations, labor requirements, mobility, visas and rotations.
• Contribute to recruitment planning with strategic workforce development.
