Job summary

Senior Electrical Engineer position based in Denmark by Pedro de Faria, leading electrical activities on a major construction project. You will coordinate technical design through on-site installation to commissioning, reviewing designs and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in project engineering, LV/MV experience, and strong knowledge of EN/IEC standards, with proficiency in Amtech, Dialux, AutoCAD 2D and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• 7+ years of project engineering experience, ideally in construction.
• Experience with LV and MV systems in building services/data centres.
• Knowledge of EN, IEC, ETCI and BS7671 standards.
• Proficiency with Amtech, Dialux, AutoCAD 2D and MS Office.
• Demonstrated delivery of electrical projects in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering activities on a major construction project in Denmark.
• Review designs, size cables, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Manage submittals, procurement tracking, and approvals.
• Coordinate with BIM team to ensure constructible designs on site.
• Oversee test packs, FTOPs and O&Ms through to sign-off.
• Mentor junior engineers and graduates.
