Job summary

Earthstream Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Director to provide strategic leadership across the electrical scope of a major Data Center project in Denmark. This senior role requires delivering multidisciplinary design-and-build and overseeing end-to-end electrical activities on site.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering electrical scopes for data centres or large industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV/HV, switchgear, transformers, UPS, and power distribution.
• Understanding of commissioning, IST, and technical handover processes.
• Experience in commercial and contractual management.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery strategy for all electrical works on the project.
• Direct Electrical PMs, Package Managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Oversee installation, energisation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure delivery aligns with specifications, programme, budget, and client needs.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure success.
• Develop and monitor programmes, identify risks, and mitigate.
• Collaborate with client, consultants, commercial teams, and leadership.
• Oversee procurement, resources, technical submissions, and change control.
• Chair coordination meetings, progress reviews and workshops.
• Ensure HSE and quality standards are met.
