Job summary

Boozt is seeking a Senior Producer & Team Lead to steer our Creative Production setup, delivering high-quality photography, video, and other formats on time and on brief. You’ll own productions end-to-end, coach a growing team, and push creative craft while exploring new tools and AI-driven approaches.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with creatives and stakeholders, shaping where Creative Production heads next, in a fast-moving environment with ambitious productions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a producer or senior producer within photography, film, advertising or a similar creative environment.
• Extensive experience owning complex productions from start to finish.
• Strong production planning, budgeting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, AI and emerging technologies.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the production: from concept to final delivery, shaping setup across talent, locations, styling, crew, budget and resources.
• Make it happen: manage budgets, contracts and logistics with external partners while collaborating with creatives and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the team: coach and develop in-house photographers and stylists, creating direction and a collaborative team.
• Raise the bar: ensure high-quality craft across photography, video and post-production, exploring AI and new tools.
