Boozt invites a dynamic Team Manager to join Boozt Media Partnership (BMP). You will lead and develop the BMP sales team while owning your own portfolio of key clients to drive growth and long-term investments.

This player-coach role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to challenge the status quo. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align retail media offerings with broader business goals and deliver outstanding sales results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in media or digital advertising.
• Leadership experience or proven coaching/mentoring ability.
• Strong target-driven mindset with a track record of results.
• Experience with KPIs, CRM, pipeline management and forecasting.
• High energy, excellent communication, and motivational skills.
• Fluent in English.

• Lead, coach, and challenge the sales team to meet ambitious targets.
