Job summary

Redgert Comms is seeking a Senior Producer who will drive end-to-end production across experiential events, brand activations and integrated campaigns in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.

You will mentor junior team members, manage client relationships at a senior level, own budgets, and collaborate across markets to deliver commercially viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale experiential events and campaigns, on time and on budget.
• Translate concepts into executable production plans, overseeing timelines, scopes, budgets, risk, and onsite delivery.
• Resolve production, operational and commercial challenges independently while maintaining quality and safety.
• Act as senior client contact, build trusted relationships and provide strategic production guidance.
• Own project budgets, profitability, forecasting, supplier negotiations, budget reconciliation and risk management.
• Source, brief and manage production suppliers and cross-functional teams for aligned delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior producers and freelancers to maintain production excellence.
• Collaborate across business areas to ensure ideas are executable and commercially viable.
• Contribute to proposals and production planning to shape client solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve production frameworks and processes.

Job description

The Senior Producer is the backbone of Redgert Comms' most complex events, brand activations and integrated campaign productions. Responsible for end-to-end delivery across physical, digital and hybrid formats, you ensure every project is executed to the highest creative, operational and commercial standard.

As a senior production lead, you own the full production lifecycle - from brief through to onsite delivery - bringing together client relationships, creative vision, budgets and execution.

As a senior member of the team, you mentor junior team members, strengthen production processes and contribute to new business, helping drive operational excellence across the agency.

Production & Project Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale experiential events, brand activations and integrated campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative, operational and commercial standard.
• Translate creative concepts into executable production plans, overseeing project timelines, scopes, budgets, risk management and onsite delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
• Resolve production, operational and commercial challenges independently, maintaining quality, safety and seamless execution in high-pressure environments.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the senior production lead and primary client contact, building trusted relationships, managing expectations and providing strategic production guidance throughout each project.
• Own project budgets, profitability and financial performance, including forecasting, supplier negotiations, budget reconciliation and proactive risk management.
• Source, brief and manage production suppliers and external partners while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure aligned, efficient project delivery.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor, coach and support junior producers, coordinators and freelance resources, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture and maintaining production excellence.
• Partner closely across business areas and markets to ensure ideas are executable, commercially viable and aligned with client objectives.
• Lead by example, sharing production expertise, strengthening internal processes and contributing to best practices across the team.

Business Area Growth

• Contribute senior production expertise to proposals, pitches and production planning, helping shape commercially successful solutions for clients.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships that support quality, innovation and long-term value for the agency and its clients.
