Job summary

Boozt is seeking a Senior Producer & Team Lead to steer our Creative Production setup, delivering high-quality photography, video, and other formats on time and on brief. You’ll own productions end-to-end, coach a growing team, and push creative craft while exploring new tools and AI-driven approaches.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with creatives and stakeholders, shaping where Creative Production heads next, in a fast-moving environment with ambitious productions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a producer or senior producer within photography, film, advertising or a similar creative environment.
• Extensive experience owning complex productions from start to finish.
• Strong production planning, budgeting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, AI and emerging technologies.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the production: from concept to final delivery, shaping setup across talent, locations, styling, crew, budget and resources.
• Make it happen: manage budgets, contracts and logistics with external partners while collaborating with creatives and stakeholders.

Senior Producer & Team Lead | Creative Production

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Producer & Team Lead to lead our Creative Production setup and bring some of our biggest creative ideas to life.

You will drive our in-house production team and work closely with creatives and teams across the business. You take ownership and make creative concepts happen: on time, on budget, on brief. At the same time, you will help shape where Creative Production is heading. We are curious about AI, new technology and new ways of producing, and we are looking for someone who is equally curious about what comes next.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be responsible for productions across photography, video and other creative formats, making sure ideas become high-quality work and get delivered when they need to be. Things move fast, priorities change and sometimes a production needs to happen now. You are the person who keeps the overview, finds a way forward and makes sure we get it over the line.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the production: Take productions from concept to final delivery, shaping the right setup across talent, locations, styling, crew, budget and resources, and leading on set when needed.
• Make it happen: Manage the practical side of production, from budgets, contracts and logistics to external partners, while working closely with creatives and stakeholders across the business.
• Lead and develop the team: Coach and develop our in-house photographers and stylists, creating direction and a strong, collaborative team.
• Raise the bar: Ensure a high level of creative craft across photography, video and post-production, while exploring new tools, technologies and ways of working, including AI.

YOUR PROFILE

As a senior producer, you have a strong track record of driving and delivering complex production. You see the full picture while staying close to the creative work and the details that make a production successful.

You are an experienced people leader who creates direction, develops talent and brings energy to the team. You are curious about what is next and how AI and new technology can shape production. Moreover, you have:

• 7+ years of experience as a producer or senior producer within photography, film, advertising or a similar creative environment
• Extensive experience owning complex productions from start to finish
• Strong understanding of photography, film and post-production
• Strong production planning, budgeting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Previous leadership experience
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, AI and emerging technologies
• Fluent in English
