Job summary

Hobo Copenhagen, part of Strawberry, is seeking experienced bartenders for a full-time role focused on building a new cocktail bar. You will contribute to a fast-paced team, welcome guests, and bring warmth and expertise to service in a memorable hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Solid cocktail experience from leading bars in Copenhagen or similar markets.
• Ability to take ownership, follow through and support teammates.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends; strong guest focus and warmth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine our cocktail offering with ideas and recipes.
• Own shifts from setup to handover and closing, keeping the bar organized.
• Work with batching, dilution, temperature, and presentation for quality and speed.
• Make confident guest connections and guide guests through the menu.
• Maintain stock, rotation, waste and assist with ordering and stocktaking.
• Share knowledge to strengthen beverage standards across outlets.
