Job summary

Hobo Copenhagen, part of Strawberry, is seeking on-call waiters and bartenders to join our F&B team. You’ll support cocktail bar, all-day bar & café, restaurant, and breakfast service, with shifts that vary by business needs.

You’ll be matched based on your interests and experience, with weekends requiring availability. We’re excited to welcome curious, energetic people who enjoy hospitality and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• You enjoy meeting people and bringing a friendly energy to tables and bars.
• You’re reliable, eager to learn, and ready to support team members during service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them feel comfortable from arrival.
• Serve food and drinks and learn the menu to make confident recommendations.
• Support the bar by preparing drinks and keeping the area ready for the next round.
• Help prepare for service, set tables and maintain welcoming spaces throughout shifts.
• Stay attentive to guests and assist colleagues as needed.
