Job summary

Strawberry’s Hobo Copenhagen is hiring experienced bartenders for a full-time role focused on our new cocktail bar. You’ll help shape the drinks program, refine offerings and ensure warm, confident hospitality while delivering across evenings, nights, and weekends.

You’ll work closely with the Bar & Restaurant Manager, take ownership of shifts, manage stock, and share knowledge to raise beverage standards across outlets. Join during opening and influence the culture from day one.

Qualifications

• Solid cocktail experience from a leading bar, or a similar ambitious bar.
• Able to deliver during a busy service while welcoming guests.
• Fluent/confident English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine cocktail offerings with ideas and testing.
• Own shifts including prep, setup, handovers and closing.
• Manage batching, dilution, temperature and presentation to ensure quality and speed.
• Welcome guests, guide them through the menu and create a warm experience.
• Share knowledge to raise beverage standards across outlets.
