Job summary

UdlandsMatch is expanding Fitbit customer support in Bulgaria. The Danish-speaking representative will resolve user issues via tickets or calls and tailor responses to each customer’s needs. You will assist with device usage questions and coordinate with an international team to improve service.

There is a relocation package and comprehensive onboarding designed to help you settle in Sofia. The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and a long-term commitment to customer care.

Qualifications

• Speech and writing in Danish for daily customer communication.
• English communication at B1 level or equivalent for onboarding and internal use.
• Basic familiarity with iOS and Android features.

Responsibilities

• Help users with issues via support tickets or phone calls.
• Answer questions about daily device use with personalized solutions.
• Identify recurring problems and report them to team leads.
• Collaborate with an international team of service-minded colleagues.
