Job summary

Peter Bodum A/S is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager to support and develop our business across Denmark, Sweden and Norway. You will report to the Country Manager Scandinavia and manage day-to-day customer relationships in the Nordic markets.

You will act as a vital link between customers and internal teams, ensuring fast, professional service and helping to identify new business opportunities while growing the Nordic presence.

Qualifications

• First professional experience in sales or account management would be advantageous.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and reliable working style.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage several topics simultaneously.
• Business fluent English; a Scandinavian language is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the Nordic markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to grow in international sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support existing customers in Denmark, Sweden and Norway daily.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Respond to customer requests and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Support sales activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders and customer inquiries.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Support development of presence and sales activities in Nordic markets.
• Work with Country Manager and wider sales team on market development.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the ERP system.
• Conduct regular store visits to key accounts.
