Job summary

Louis Poulsen, a renowned Danish lighting company, seeks an Italian-speaking Internal Sales Assistant to join our Customer Service team in Copenhagen. You will handle orders, quotes and inquiries in Italian and English, supporting our sales managers and customers with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Based in Copenhagen, you will process orders in SAP, prepare quotes with the Sales team, and coordinate with Logistics, Finance and Technical departments to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer service/sales support role within an international context.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; French is a big advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask with accuracy.
• Proactive, solution-driven, team player.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: handle pricing, shipping, product information, and general questions via phone and email in Italian and English.
• Order Management: process and manage orders in SAP, ensuring timely fulfillment and accuracy.
• Quotation Management: prepare and manage quotes for B2B customers with Sales team.
• Sales Support: assist Area Sales Managers with administrative support to help them succeed.
• Claims Handling: manage customer claims professionally, with quick resolution and follow-up.
• Cross-functional Coordination: collaborate with Logistics, Finance, and Technical teams.
• Ad hoc tasks: provide support on various administrative tasks as needed.
