Job summary

Mascot is seeking an Internal Sales Assistant to support our French market from our headquarters in Denmark. You’ll work within a multicultural team, assisting sales reps and customers with orders, inquiries and after-sales service.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues in Denmark, France, and Hanoi, bringing strong French and English communication, CRM proficiency, and a proactive, service-minded approach to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, internal sales, or a similar administrative role.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and collaborative in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support to sales representatives and customers (primarily French market).
• Process and enter customer orders; handle inquiries, returns, and warranty claims.
• Advise on products, services and solutions to customers and sales reps.
• Support customers on online platforms and digital services.
• Collaborate across departments and locations to resolve requests efficiently.
• Contribute to process and system improvements in customer service.
