Job summary

MASCOT in Silkeborg, Denmark is looking for an Internal Sales Assistant who speaks French to support our French market customers and distributors. You will join the French Internal Sales / Customer Service team and collaborate with colleagues in Denmark and Hanoi to deliver excellent service.

You will handle orders, answer inquiries, process returns and warranty claims, advise on products and solutions, and help improve sales processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or internal sales is preferred.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written) and good English.
• Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support to our sales representatives and customers, primarily in the French market.
• Process and enter customer orders.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, complaints, and warranty claims.
• Advise our sales representatives and customers on our products, services, and solutions.
• Support our sales representatives and customers on our online platforms and digital services.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and locations to ensure efficient handling of customer requests.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and customer service.
