Understory, a fast-growing platform for experience businesses, is seeking an Italian-speaking sales-oriented professional to drive qualified leads and build relationships for our Italian market. You will support Account Executives, researching providers from tours to classes and helping tailor outreach strategies for Italy.

You will speak Italian natively and English fluently, communicate proactively, and thrive in a high-velocity startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential Italian market customers (experience providers, venues, organizers).
• Execute high-volume outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM data, track progress, and report insights.
• Share market learnings with product and marketing teams to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to tailor messaging for Italy.
